Two more cut-out collagey things from the series 'all is ash and sorrow'. It concerns itself with pyromania and the shitty things people do in the name of 'love'. But you'd probably need to see all nine for that to be clear. And it still wouldn't be.

I'm attempting to exhibit the full nine pieces, hence me not uploading them all, but, once that idea fails, I'll probably put them out as a zine or something.

massive spurting of newness

I have been experimenting with cutouts, which is painfully twee, but at least partly in keeping with trying to stop spending every waking moment thinking about boring old watercolours, yeah?

same old, same old.

Done!

Well, that's the last of the circus posters done for my next comic, Magnificent Circus of Moderate Wonder. Now to get printing them up and sending them out to comic shops. Meanwhile, the next issue is underway but still in the early/confused stages.

Finally, another jilted woman

Am pretty much good to go with The Handsome Jilted Woman's Revenge Society zine, details will follow shortly.

The Handsome Jilted Woman's Revenge Society

I'm doing a series of cameo-style portraits of handsome women and the reasons they were jilted. I won't be posting a lot of them as I intend to put them out as a zine. This may go some way to explaining why I never update as I've been working on them for the past few weeks.

Here, incidentally, is another goat. Hurrah.

recent things

The shading on the face hasn't scanned too well, but you'll mostly have to take my word for that.

More ladies.

Now, the concept here was meant to be a witch who had won a beauty contest. I couldn't pinpoint exactly when it became an unflattering portrait of Sarah Jessica Parker.
(not the best scan I'm afraid, but you get the gist).

There's no celebrities to be found below, just a sneering fortune teller.
